Group Discussion: How do you currently solve issues or problems that arise? What is your process?
Everyone experiences problems from time to time. Some of our problems are big and complicated, while others may be easily solved. Whether at home or work, experiencing difficulties with the tasks at hand can present ongoing challenges, but having the necessary skills to identify solutions to problems are crucial for growth and stability in life.
Problem Solving: the ability to use knowledge, facts, and data to effectively and appropriately solve problems. This does not mean you need an immediate answer, but you need to be able to think on your feet, assess problems, and find solutions.
