Meet the Board: Dan

We are introducing the amazing members of our Board of Directors, here spotlighting Dan Cobb.

Dan Cobb spent his professional career building healthcare information technology companies from startup through exit. As a co-founder of HealthMEDX, he retired as Chief Technology Officer after its sale to private equity. Prior to HealthMEDX, he was an original employee and minority owner of Management Software, later purchased by McKesson. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Dan spends his professional time mentoring startup companies and owns equity in over a dozen local companies in the real estate, restaurant, and technology industries. He also serves on the boards of a number of nonprofit organizations, including the Missouri Technology Corporation, the Drew Lewis Foundation, the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks, the Mercy Foundation, and Springfield Innovation.
